Due to the immediate dispatch of our drivers upon receiving a service request, all sales are final and non-refundable once a driver has been assigned. This includes situations where a customer cancels after dispatch or is unavailable upon the driver’s arrival.

If a cancellation is made after a driver has been dispatched but before service is completed, a cancellation will be charged to cover time, fuel, and administrative costs. Cancellations made before dispatch will not incur a fee.
